World of Volvo
Warm grazing light that makes World of Volvo's perforated aluminium facade glow from within. Traxon ProPoint Linear at 3000 K is concealed behind the cassettes and brings out pattern and depth – without glare and without visible luminaires.
How the light works
A discreet solution where the technology disappears and the architecture takes centre stage.
- 01Grazing light behind perforationLinear luminaires are mounted behind the perforated aluminium cassettes. The light sweeps along the surface and the perforation becomes a pattern of light – the facade glows, not the luminaires.
- 02Warm white 3000 KA calm, warm light that suits the architecture and the Volvo brand, and keeps the same tint across the whole facade.
- 03Controlled with SYMPHOLIGHTe:cue SYMPHOLIGHT on a Core S with a DMX node controls times, levels and scenes – easy to adjust for seasons and events.
